Yes, samples are available. We offer 1 to 5 meters of LED strip light for testing. While the sample itself may be provided free of charge, freight costs are covered by the customer and can be credited back upon formal cooperation.
How about the lead time?
For materials in stock, regular orders take 3-7 days. Custom products (such as custom PCBs) typically require 8-15 days.
How do you ship the goods and how long does it take?
We usually ship via DHL, UPS, FedEx, or TNT, taking 3-5 days. Airline and sea shipping are also available as optional methods.
Do you accept OEM services?
Yes, we accept OEM orders and can produce products according to your specific requirements, including logo printing on products and packaging.
